The roots of the world
The roots of the world, 2016
Installation. Wooden table, laser-cut stainless steel, knife handles.
90 x 50 x 16
The Roots of the World is an installation of contained violence, which condenses the tension between construction-destruction as stages of a process of renewal and epistemological change inherent to any historical moment. It is an image that invites us to think about the dynamics of the opposites that have marked the structure of the ways of existing in society.
