I have always been attracted to the idea of the book. Pop-up books, as they are called in English, are those children’s books that, when opened, display three-dimensional objects, such as the figures of a fairy tale or a castle. In my Pop-up books, architectural objects will be displayed. Taking the drawings, I made in the past; I am bringing them back from plan to space. I think that this new language for children, through Pop-up books, will open up the possibility for me to do many things. These children’s books, apparently so playful in nature, what they really propose is the unfolding of a terrible reality sprinkled with sarcasm because it refers to the impossibility of a government to achieve these proposals in reality.
